With watchOS 4 and the new background recording feature, monitor the noises that occur while you sleep each night.

Using a Speech Detection Algorithm, Sleep Talk records only when it detects sounds resembling human vocals. No more sifting through large audio files each morning.

• Record directly from your Apple Watch (enable Do Not Disturb).
• Listen and scrub through the night's sound using the Digital Crown after waking up.
• Can be worn or placed charging bedside (recommended for first-gen and 38mm watches).
• Stores the 3 most recent nights on the watch.
• Syncs in the background with the iPhone app for a full archive.
• Share audio recordings from the iPhone app.
• Save asleep/in-bed duration to Health (optional).
• Integrates with the sleep tracking app, Sleep Pulse 3 Motion, for sleep analysis.

*For optimal performance close contact with the microphone opening when wearing to bed is recommended.

**Best used when placed on the charger bedside. Airplane mode can reduce energy consumption when worn on the wrist overnight; remember to disable airplane mode before waking up to sync data.

***Sleep Talk requires an Apple Watch running watchOS 4 or newer for sleep audio recording; iPhone compatibility is planned for a future update.
